                  Daily practice - to achieve better flexibility, you will want to practice your splits daily. You won't always feel like you are making progress, but trust me - YOU ARE!

                    For Parents assisting their child. Be aware of muscle exhaustion when practicing these.
                    Do only 2-3 of them at a time until they become stronger moving in and out of the 1/2 or full bridge.
